What does the Unaccompanied Minor service consist of?

The Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service includes support from Canaryfly staff throughout the entire flight process:

• Boarding.
• Flight.
• Arrival at destination.

Canaryfly staff will look after the child at all times.

This service is compulsory for children aged 5 to 11 (inclusive) travelling alone. However, it may also be requested for children aged 12 to 14 (inclusive) if their parents or guardians so wish.

• The adult responsible for handing over the child must do so at the Canaryfly check-in desk, completing and signing the relevant form.

This service is available only for direct flights. It cannot be booked for connecting flights.
