  2. Call our Call Centre (928 01 85 00) and let us know that you are travelling with a wheelchair. We will ask you for the weight and measurements of the wheelchair.
  3. During the call, we will give you an email address to send us the technical specifications of the wheelchair, indicating whether the battery is removable or not, in the case of an electric wheelchair.

With this information, Canaryfly will assess your request and confirm whether you can travel on your chosen date within a maximum of 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
