You must request this at least 72 hours before your flight via:

• The Call Centre for passengers with reduced mobility: 900 92 17 15.
• Canaryfly ticket offices at airports.
• Your travel agent.

Travel with a companion

It is compulsory to travel with a companion, who:

• Will handle the check-in formalities.
• Will inform the assistance staff of your arrival at the airport.

Book the necessary seats

You must book 7 seats in total:

• 6 seats for the stretcher.
• 1 seat for your companion.

Arrive at the airport in good time

• Please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.
• Your companion must contact the assistance staff.
