Is my guide dog or emotional support dog considered a valid companion?

Yes, guide dogs or assistance dogs are considered valid companions for blind and/or disabled passengers travelling alone.

Transport of these dogs is free of charge. The animal may travel:

• In the cabin or
• In the hold, depending on the passenger’s choice.

How do I request this service?

You must request the service at least 48 hours before the flight’s departure via:

• Our Call Centre on 928 01 85 00.
• Canaryfly sales offices at airports.
• Your travel agent.

In addition, you must complete a liability waiver, ensure the dog has up-to-date vaccinations and a medical certificate justifying the assistance, and ensure the dog travels in appropriate hygienic conditions and does not pose an imminent risk to other passengers.
