What documents do I need to provide?

Documents to be provided:

• If you are a medical case on board (a passenger whose state of health is of concern, either due to a risk to yourself or to others), you will require prior authorisation from the airline, as indicated in this section. Please submit the completed MEDIF A and MEDIF B forms.
• In the case of ill passengers who are not medical cases (as described above) and who are medically fit to fly, they will be required to submit the completed INCAD (in English), INCAD (in Spanish).
• Passengers who are frequent flyers with an established medical condition and who have previously requested initial medical authorisation may use a FREMEC (in English),  FREMEC (in Spanish).
