Can I fly if I'm pregnant?

Yes, you can fly, but there are some important recommendations you should keep in mind:

  • Up to and including week 32 of pregnancy: you can travel without presenting a medical certificate.
  • From week 33 onwards or if the pregnancy is high-risk: you must present a medical certificate stating that you are fit to fly and sign a Disclaimer.

According to the recommendations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), it is not advisable to fly during the 7 days before or after your expected delivery date.
