Can children travel alone?
- Aged 2 to 4 (inclusive): You cannot travel alone or book the Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service.
- Aged 5 to 11 (inclusive): You can travel alone if you book the Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service. The booking must be made via:
- Our online form here.
- By telephone via the Call Centre.
- At airport sales offices.
- From 12 years of age: They may travel alone, but if preferred, the Unaccompanied Minor Service (UM) may still be booked until they reach the age of 14.
