The adult responsible for the minor must take the following steps:
Arrival at the airport:
The adult must accompany the minor to the departure airport and arrive at least two hours before the flight departure time. This is in order to complete the Disclaimer form, which must include the details of the adult and the person who will receive the minor on arrival.
Submission of documentation at check-in:
During check-in, the adult must submit the necessary documentation, which includes:
Do not leave the airport:
The responsible adult must not leave the airport until the plane has taken off, to ensure that everything is in order.
Canaryfly's responsibility during the flight:
Canaryfly staff will take charge of the minor once boarding begins. They will accompany the minor to the aircraft, hand them over to the crew and ensure that they are safely seated under the supervision of the staff
Reception of the minor on arrival:
Upon arrival, Canaryfly staff will hand over the minor to the person(s) authorised in the Liability Waiver Form at the airport passenger terminal. This person must prove their identity by presenting their ID card or passport and sign the Liability Waiver Form.
