What options do I have if my flight is delayed?

If the delay is five hours or more and you decide not to fly, you can request:

  • full refund of the ticket (both the unused portion and the portion already used if it no longer makes sense to continue). The refund must be made within a maximum period of 7 days.
  • return flight to the point of departure, if you had already started your journey.

Your rights are protected by Regulation (EC) 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which regulates compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of cancellations, denied boarding or long delays.
