Canaryfly does not offer refunds if the ticket has expired, has been partially used, or is a non-refundable fare.

What options do I have if my flight is cancelled?

At Canaryfly, you can choose between a full refund or alternative transport in accordance with Regulation (EC) 261/2004.

What options do I have if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed by more than five hours, you can request a refund or return to your point of origin without penalty.

Can issuance fees be refunded?

No, unless the error in issuing the ticket was the direct responsibility of the company.

What if I want to change a ticket purchased at a discount?

You will have to pay the penalty and the difference in price between the promotional fare and the current fare if you wish to change a ticket purchased at a discount.

Yes, to correct your personal details, you must call 928 018 500 or visit a Canaryfly office at the airport to update your details.
