You will not be able to recover the cost of your ticket if:
- You request a refund after the ticket has expired.
- Tickets with connecting fares, where one leg of the journey has been used and a refund is requested for the unused leg.
- The ticket is stolen or forged (and this can be proven).
- You purchased a fare that does not allow refunds, or is marked as 'NON-REFUNDABLE'.
- You accepted a schedule change and then decided not to fly (this is considered a "no show").
- The authorities did not allow you to enter your destination or a stopover, and you had to return.
