In what cases will I not get a refund for my ticket?

You will not be able to recover the cost of your ticket if:

  • You request a refund after the ticket has expired.
  • Tickets with connecting fares, where one leg of the journey has been used and a refund is requested for the unused leg.
  • The ticket is stolen or forged (and this can be proven).
  • You purchased a fare that does not allow refunds, or is marked as 'NON-REFUNDABLE'.
  • You accepted a schedule change and then decided not to fly (this is considered a "no show").
  • The authorities did not allow you to enter your destination or a stopover, and you had to return.
