What happens if my baggage weighs or measures more than allowed?

If, at check-in or at the boarding gate, it is found that:

• You are carrying more than one piece of hand luggage per person.
• Your hand luggage weighs more than 8 kg, or
• Your hand luggage measures more than 45 cm high x 35 cm long x 25 cm wide.

This  luggage will have to be placed in the aircraft hold and will be checked in. This may incur an additional charge of €10 depending on your ticket fare and must be paid at the airport sales office, which may cause problems at boarding.

We recommend that you check the dimensions and weight of your hand luggage to avoid any issues at boarding.
