What do I need to do to check in special baggage and what items are included?

Special luggage includes:

• Sports equipment.
• Musical instruments.

To check this in, follow these steps:

1. Make a request via the Call Centre or at the airport sales offices at least 48 hours before your flight.
2. Ensure that your luggage is properly packed, labelled and protected to prevent damage.
3. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departs.
4. Sign the liability waiver at the airport, as the airline is not liable for damage or loss.
