What do I do if my baggage is damaged, delayed or lost?

Minor damage

Normal handling of luggage may cause dents, scratches, stains or damage to handles and wheels. These are not covered by the company.

Major damage or loss of luggage

If you notice that your luggage is seriously damaged or missing, please follow these steps before leaving the baggage claim area:

  1. Inform Canaryfly staff or the airport team.
     
  2. Fill out a Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.) at that time. This document is necessary to process your claim.
     
  3. Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the process.

The company's liability in cases of lost and/or damaged luggage is governed by the Montreal Convention.
