Clause 1.- Action Organizer

CANARYFLY, S.L. (hereinafter, Canaryfly), with registered office at Gran Canaria Airport, Hangar L, Apartado nº 84, 35230 Telde and with CIF B-76013481, organizes a solidarity action under the slogan “Tu apoyo, su sonrisa” (Your support, their smile) (hereinafter, SOLIDARITY ACTION) in collaboration with the Kilómetros por Sonrisas Association (hereinafter, KMXS), whose terms are described in these legal bases.

Clause 2.- Object Of The Action

The KMXS association is a non-profit social association that was created to help families with children undergoing oncological processes and to facilitate family gathering moments as a respite to cope with everything that a process of these characteristics implies.

The solidarity action organized by Canaryfly “Tu apoyo, su sonrisa” consists of offering a series of activities to the families that are welcomed by the KMXS association, so that the children can enjoy a series of family activities that break the routine of their day-to-day life, through fundraising via sales on board our aircraft, as well as in the sales offices of the airports where it operates.

Canaryfly will offer the following solidarity products for sale:

  • Solidarity bracelet: price of €1 per unit.
  • Solidarity stuffed animal: price of €5 per unit.

The products will be available on board flights operated by Canaryfly and at its sales offices in the airports of Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, and El Hierro, while supplies last.

All passengers who wish to make their contribution can purchase the products at the indicated points of sale.

Clause 3.- Timeframe

Sales on board and in airport sales offices will begin on March 20, 2026, until May 24, 2026.

Clause 4.- Destination Of Funds

The entire amount raised from the sale of the solidarity products will be used to finance the following actions organized by the Kilómetros por Sonrisas Association:

1. A weekend in El Garañón during the summer, which will include:

  • 2 full boards (from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch).
  • An additional afternoon snack.
  • Five adapted activities: night excursion, gymkhana, orienteering, night social gathering, and archery.
  • Swimming pool and bouncy castles are also included.

2. A day at Holiday World during the months of September or October, which will include:

  • Admission to Wooland Funpark.
  • One menu per person at the Mercado del Nomad.
  • The park will be for the exclusive use of the group.

In the event that the amount raised exceeds initial forecasts, Canaryfly and KMXS may organize additional activities or improve those already planned. These activities may vary due to organizational matters.

Clause 5.- Conditions Of Participation And Purchase

All persons who wish to collaborate by purchasing the solidarity products at the authorized points of sale may participate in the solidarity action.

Purchase conditions:

  • The purchase is voluntary and is not linked to the acquisition of other Canaryfly services.
  • Payment will be made at the time of purchase, accepting different methods (cash or credit card) depending on the point of sale.
  • No exchanges or returns of purchased products will be accepted.

Clause 6.- Responsibilities Of The Parties

  • Canaryfly collects the funds from the solidarity sale and pays the invoices corresponding to the activities carried out.
  • KMXS is responsible for organizing, managing, and supervising the activities to be developed, prior agreement with Canaryfly.
  • Both parties will collaborate in the dissemination of the SOLIDARITY ACTION through their communication channels (social networks, email, and press).

Clause 7.- Modification Or Suspension Of The Action

Canaryfly reserves the right to make modifications to these legal bases if necessary to guarantee the transparency of the solidarity action or to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, without this harming the solidarity destination and purposes of the funds raised.

The SOLIDARITY ACTION will end in the following cases:

  • Exhaustion of the stock of solidarity products.
  • Force majeure preventing the correct execution of the action.
  • Breach of the terms of the agreement by either party.

In case of termination, Canaryfly manages the funds at all times and will pay for the activities that can be carried out.

Clause 8.- Acceptance Of The Bases

Participation in the solidarity action implies full acceptance of these legal bases.

Clause 9.- Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

These legal bases are governed by Spanish legislation. For any controversy that may arise in relation to the interpretation or application of these bases, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Telde.
