What do I need to do to travel with my pet?

You must request authorisation to travel with your pet through:

• Our Call Centre 928 01 85 00.
• Or at the airport sales office.

We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible, as there is a limited number of pets per flight and the documentation must be processed in advance.

At the airport, you must:

• Fill out and sign a Disclaimer.
• Pay the corresponding transport fee.
• If your dog or cat is over 3 months old, it must have an Official Health Card with a valid rabies vaccination.
  • The vaccine must have been administered at least 21 days before travel if it is the first dose.
  • A revaccination, if not done within the validity period, is considered a first vaccination.
• Dogs or cats under 3 months old: they are exempt from the vaccination, but must present a health certificate.
