Can I bring more than one bag with my old fare?

If you bought your ticket before 19 May 2026:

• Your fare includes a baggage allowance of up to 23 kg.
• With the Completa Plus fare, the allowance is 30 kg.

You can divide this weight between one or more suitcases.
