Committed to the highest standards of safety and quality

At Canaryfly, we maintain a strong commitment to excellence in the organization and management of flights backed by the ISO 9001 certification for the Quality Management System and ISO 14001 for the Environmental Management System, first obtained in January 2017. We were also recognized in 2018 with the OHSAS certification, later renewed to ISO 45001 in Occupational Health and Safety.

In June 2024, we renewed the prestigious IATA certification: Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), first achieved in 2018. This certification belongs to a system recognized internationally to assess the control systems and operational management in airlines. The IOSA program establishes a solid foundation for the safety culture and compliance with the requirements of aviation authorities.

We hold the Air Operator Certificate (AOC), to conduct commercial passenger and cargo flights in Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Azores with ATR72 aircraft. We also have an Approved Training Organization (ATO), where we provide our own training courses for ATR42/72 pilot certification.

In addition, we have a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), which guarantees the continuous management and supervision of the condition of our aircraft and their compliance with current regulations. We also have an Approved Maintenance Organization in accordance with EASA Part 145, authorized for the maintenance of ATR 72 aircraft, allowing us to carry out maintenance tasks efficiently and safely, thus ensuring the reliability of our fleet.

We also reinforce our social responsibility and sustainability through the continuous improvement of our processes.
