Transporting passengers with special needs is subject to specific requirements that require prior confirmation.

You must submit the request at least 48 hours before the flight departure, excluding weekends and public holidays. This allows us to manage the assistance you need and contact you if necessary.

You can also manage it through the phone or request the service at sales offices and travel agencies.
